How long does a balloon flight last? Flight time varies between 40 and 60 minutes, depending on weather conditions and the route chosen by the pilot.

How long does the entire experience last? The entire experience takes 3 to 4 hours, including transfer, balloon preparation, flight, breakfast, and return.

How is the takeoff location chosen? The location is chosen based on wind direction and intensity, always with safety and a better viewing experience in mind.

Can children fly? Yes. The minimum age is 4, and the child must be accompanied by a guardian.

Can pregnant women participate in the flight? For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to fly.

Is there a weight limit per passenger? Yes. Passengers over 100kg pay an additional 15%, according to the aircraft's balancing policy.

Can people with disabilities fly? Depending on their level of mobility and autonomy, yes! Contact our team for an individual analysis.

What happens if it's raining or very windy? The flight will be rescheduled free of charge. Safety always comes first, and takeoffs only occur in ideal weather conditions.

What time do flights take place? Usually at sunrise and, at certain times of the year, also at sunset. The best winds occur at these times.

🎒 Preparation and recommendations

What should I wear on the day of my flight? We recommend comfortable clothing, sneakers or boots, long pants, and long-sleeved tops (preferably dark). Avoid dresses, flip-flops, and light-colored clothing.

Do I need to bring anything? You don't need to bring anything other than your personal documents. Items like water, a certificate, snacks, and gifts are already included in the experience.

Can I bring my cell phone and camera? Yes, as long as they're securely secured during the flight. Our team also records everything with photos and videos that will be made available later.

Is the flight safe? Yes. We operate with certified and inspected equipment, ANAC-licensed pilots, and trained ground crew. Furthermore, all flights include individual insurance.

Is it common to feel scared or nauseous? A balloon flight is very stable and smooth. There's no sensation of falling or accelerating, and most people feel surprisingly calm.

💰 Fees, cancellations and payment

How does payment work? We require a 50% deposit via Pix at the time of booking. The balance can be paid in up to 6 installments by card in person on the day of the flight.

How does cancellation work? If canceled up to 72 hours in advance, the amount is fully refunded. Late cancellation fees apply.

What if I can't reschedule due to a weather-related cancellation? You can request a full refund or transfer the experience to another cardholder.

Where is the meeting point? The meeting point may vary depending on your flight location. In Brasília, it's usually at Espaço Aroeira in Lago Norte, and in Pirenópolis, at PiriAzulejos in front of Praça do Coreto. We'll inform you in advance via WhatsApp.

Can I schedule an exclusive flight for two people? Yes! We have private flight options ideal for couples, special occasions, or marriage proposals.
